My client is urgently seeking an Engineer to start asap on a 1 year contract in Congo, DRC.
We are looking for a 2G Optimization Engineer with at least 5 years experience working with Huawei equipment.
1, 3-5 years experience of network planning or network optimization
2, Provide technical creativity in solving problems
3, Excellent knowledge of BSS parameters and traffic analysis
4, Sound management skills
5, Senior knowledge of network planning, optimization and performance management
6, Demonstrated ability to implement process and quality control
7, Senior knowledge of DT analysis and recommend parameters changes
8, Good English communication skill in both written and oral
