- Statistics collection and Analysis using business object
- 2G / 3G /LTE KPI monitoring, problem identification and reporting
- Alarm Check using Ericsson OSS or command handling
- Familiar with Ericsson parameters and features
- command handling for 1st level troubleshooting using Citrix, Winfiol and Moshell
- Analysis TEMS log files using TEMS ,MapInfo ,ACTIX analyzer & spotlight
- Drive test post processing, analysis, giving recommendations and report preparation
