For one of our Key Account Client, you will be in charge of the Radio Design and Optimization activity of a 4G network and specifically for the following tasks:





- Parameters fine tuning to improve the network parameters to deliver the best network performances





- Tune the mobility parameters to ensure a seamless mobility between the different layers of the network: UMTS2100 and GSM900.





- Tune the network parameters to improve the network accessibility, improve retainability & the user throughput







- Hold drive tests to check the radio performances on field on CS & PS services.



- Check, analyse & challenge the acceptance reports provided by NSN



- Set up drive test campaigns to re-check the acceptance made by NSN & that the network performances match the SLA commitment



- Set up an Acceptance dashboard to be reported daily during pre-launch & after the commercial launch



- Provide acceptance KPI reports based on internal reporting with colour code regarding the SLA requirements



- Ensures the knowledge & skills transfer to the local team & work in deep collaboration with the local engineers.

Mission:

• Conduct a critical analysis of the existing business plan and make recommendations and propose a revised version.

• Carry out a critical review of the business plan provided by the government.

• validate including demand, revenues and expected operating costs
