Requirement:

2-3 years experience in Ericsson RNC / Node-B systems O&M

Responsibilities:

o Responsible to perform hands-on O&M work on Ericsson (2G, 2.5G) and Ericsson (3G, 3.5G, LTE) networks.
o Responsible to maintain RAN Network Hygiene KPIs, like CF Alarms, DIP errors, Blocked TRX, TCH Availability and overall RAN availability.
o Must be ready to work as on-call engineer after the office hours and on weekends.
o Resolve the fault related TT raised to BO (SLO) from FO (FLO)
o Responsible to support the Network Operation Center (NOC) in term of managing the RAN.
o Responsible to handle and follow up all escalated problems in the form of TTs and CSRs concerning BSS and Radio.
o Offer remote/on-site support & trouble shooting of BSS related problems,
o Offer expert knowledge concerning analysis of Radio network reports,
o Prepare service restoration plans for concerned systems,
o Interpret radio-network statistical reports.
o Perform all RAN Assurance related activities, including corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance (health checks), etc.
o Perform all RAM fulfilment related activities, including, re-homing, A-interface migrations, Ater-migrations, etc.
