A fantastic opportunity for a Contact Centre Solution Architect to join a dynamic UK Mobile Network Operator. Applicants should have Solution Architecture experience with a track record of delivering Genesys based software solutions.
In the role of Contact Centre Technical Lead you will join the ICT Development team in CIO and be responsible for designing and delivering solutions for Three's Contact Centre applications. You will work with business sponsors, end to end architects and other ICT teams to create collaborative solutions to meet business needs. You will work on multiple projects, within small and large dynamic teams using agile, release management and waterfall delivery models. The Technical Lead is the senior technical role in a team of permanent and 3rd party staff.
Represent the Contact Centre team in customer meetings. Provide Subject Matter Expertise on the Contact Centre Technologies.
Produce High Level Solution Designs, Detailed Designs, Impact Analysis, and Test plans as required. Review design documents produced by other team members. Contribute to project estimation, risks, issues and dependencies. Manage the work of the offshore team, ensuring that project milestones are met and the team delivers to the expected level of quality. Beaccountable for the technical delivery of the design/solution throughout the project life cycle. Manage 3rd Party Vendors when required ensuring their deliveries meet the technical requirements. Assist in the resolution of Operational Issues that cannot be addressed by support teams. Manage various stakeholders including project managers, operational support personnel, vendors & solution architects. Provide technical support, guidance and solutions to help the project.Behaviours:

Three has taken direct control of a number of outsourced operational functions in order to help us realise our brand ambitions faster. The Service Desk plays a critical role in Three's operational landscape and the establishment of the new team is underway.
The Service Desk is the 24x7 single point of contact for all internal and external customers and is responsible for the interface into ICT & Network Operations for all incidents and service requests.
Three has engaged a number of managed service partners who work collaboratively with a variety of in-house functions to deliver the exceptional level of service that Three demand. This multi-party environment is both fast paced and challenging and provides an excellent opportunity for those looking to embark on a career in Network & IT Operations.
The Service Desk is part of the wider Service Operations function providing a 24x7 cover alongside our Incident Management team based in our Reading Operations Centre.
The team will consist of 25 full time employees led by the Service Desk Manager, there will be 5 Shift teams providing 24x7 cover with an additional core team of 4 Senior Service Desk Agents supporting business hours Monday to Friday.
In addition to owning the customer relationship the Service Desk is responsible for managing the E2E service level performance across all operational partners. The role carries KPI targets against performance and quality which are needed to maintain a balance and represent the aspirations of the Three Brand.
As a member of a newly established team there is a wonderful opportunity to help influence how the function operates, ensuring best practice processes are adopted and developed. Support the Single Point of Contact for Operations
Manage and drive E2E Service Level performance across all operational partners and internal support teams via the Jeopardy Management process Drive continuous service improvement to meet changing business needs to assure effectiveness within Service Desk. Engagement with Projects for the introduction of new services to ensure the Service Desk is equipped operationally. Ensure a prompt and professional response to all types of enquiries into the Service Desk (Telephone Calls, Tickets and Emails) Manage escalations as per Standard Operating Procedures (to escalate to Incident Manager, Problem Manager, Head of Service Assurance) Support the co-ordination of planned outages in co-ordination with other Operations groups Support device testing / fault replication support for voice and data services Ensure operational teams adhere to Three's quality standards within the IT Service Management toolsetMust Have:

Overview

Development of behavioral models of analog/mixed-signal circuit blocks for top-level functional verification of the IC. Participation in IC floor planning, and monitoring and controlling of IC layout. Lab testing and debugging of engineering samples, and documentation of the results of this work. Support for system engineering in developing system-level architecture, partitioning, and specifications. Support for characterization test development and production test development. Participation in project planning reviews, technical reviews, and schedule tracking reviews.
Requirements
Master’s degree or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent. At least five years of experience in designing analog/mixed-signal circuitry for transceiver ICs for wireless or wireline communication in a product development environment. Sound grasp of theoretical principles of analog/mixed-signal IC design. Ability to develop innovative circuit architectures and designs. Thorough familiarity with tools and techniques for simulating functionality and performance of analog/mixed-signal ICs. Thorough familiary with measurement techniques for lab testing of analog/mixed-signal ICs, and substantial experience in root-causing and resolving problems with measured functionality or performance. Strong initiative in defining tasks, proposing changes, and identifying and resolving problems. Ability to work well and communicate effectively with other team members and management.

Big Data Principal Performance Engineer candidates are sought to work on performance analysis, design and monitoring of big data management system products for scalable high-performance transactional and analytic applications on various configurations, including shared-storage, shared-nothing, distributed and cloud systems.
The ideal candidates must enjoy tackling technical challenges in measuring, analyzing, and tuning performance in the Linux cluster environment, and should have significant knowledge and experiences in performance analysis of database internal structures, query processing, transaction processing, and data communications as well as new technologies for databases. Other important attributes are versatility and a passion for building high-quality enterprise-class software systems.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the kernel performance design, performance tool design, and analyzing and improving performance of OLTP and OLAP data management systems in various configurations.
- Analyze requirements and design, and evaluate key technologies of the DBMS kernel from performance perspective.
- Work with a team of architects and engineers to evaluate the performance o? proof-of-concept components
- Write and maintain architecture and detailed design specifications related to performance
- Perform design and performance review
- Work with product manager to ensure the architecture design meets the performance requirements
- Work with QA manager to develop performance test specifications
Minimum Job Requirements:
