Objective / Description: The LTE Radio Optimisation Engineer will be responsible for optimization activities of LTE cellular radio networks of our customer; particularly for VoLTE services. The VoLTE Optimisation Engineer will be required to assess the network's performance and make improvement adjustments in order to optimise the performance and end user experience.

Network Feature & Parameter Optimisation
Traffic Modelling & Capacity Forecasting
Radio Network Performance Optimisation
Multivendor Optimisation / Intelligent Optimisation with Measurement Report data
Optimisation consultancy


Knowledge: Min 5 Years LTE Radio Planning & Optimisation on Nokia or Huawei 4G LTE
Min 5 years experience in LTE Radio parameter tuning



Tools & Experience: Proficient in Windows 7 & MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Asset Multiradio Planner / NetAct Multiradio Planner
NetAct Reporter Suite & Configurator
NetAct Optimizer
MapInfo GIS
Actix Analyzer / Nemo Analyzer

Min Qualification: B Sc / B Eng / B Tech Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications / Radio)
NCSA LTE Certification on Associate Level
