Job Summary This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Event Management

  • 1st Level Legal request Execution
  • 1st Level Billing Operations
  • 1st Level Assurance Support activities
  • Review facility service reports, determining accuracy and completion as compared to scope.
  • Submit bid to Order desk for payment processing.
  • Review invoice, quotes, and billing, determining accuracy and correctness as compared to order.
  • Work with financial tools to help develop budgets and budget reports.
  • Schedule Preventive Maintenance activities.
  • Dispatch and direct vendors to implement well documented MOPs and issues of limited scopes.
  • Work on small to medium size projects of limited scope at the direction of higher level engineers.
  • Update tickets and follow up with technicians and vendors.
  • Plan facilities changes for plant, prepare bid sheets and schedules, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations, review and estimate costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs, working toward economy of operation.
  • May provide technical support to site technicians, and vendor technicians who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical and Building Automation equipment.
  • May respond to situations where first-line support has failed to isolate or fix problems with equipment or software.
  • Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to higher level Facility Engineers.
  • Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
  • Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Monitor alarms, create tickets, and dispatch vendors to resolve alarms.
  • Answer incoming phone calls; manage calls, and/or forwards calls to the appropriate level of support.
  • Manage on site vendors and dispatched vendor arrivals and departures.
  • Have a working technical knowledge of HVAC, Fire, Generators, AC and DC Power systems.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of facilities drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of facilities specifications.
  • 1+ years of experience with technical facility support.
  • Basic knowledge of facility infrastructure maintenance procedures and costs.
  • Basic knowledge of diagnostics and solving complex system problems.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • 4 + years of experience using general office applications in order to perform work assignments.
